Access to the unit is via a keypad so you can avoid any in-person check-in or check-out!

This is a privately owned condo on the 8th floor of Tower 1 at Majestic Beach Resort. We strive to make your vacation as incredible as possible!

Condo is near Shoppes at Edgewater.

Parking passes are provided for you to park in the covered parking deck.
Keypad entry for super easy instant access to the unit!

This is our personal beach home. We appreciate you taking great care of it while enjoying it for vacation. :)

** Please note: In case of hurricanes or inclement weather or due to any necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We can not guarantee the availibilty of each amenity at the time of your stay. I would recommend getting travel insurance during hurricane/natural disaster season. Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. We follow a strict cancellation policy and do not issue refunds unless The National Weather Service or local government authorities order mandatory evacuations. Additionally, weather in the summer can be unpredictable; in the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" situation due to local storms, we will not grant refunds. If a guest damages or breaks something prior to your stay, we can not guarantee the replacement will have arrived before your arrival.

 

Note about taxes and fees: the following taxes are charged on all vacation rentals in Panama City Beach: 7% Florida State General Sales and Use Tax, 1 % city license fee, 5% Bay County Tourist Development Tax

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 28 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
