Welcome to your beach vacation home at Mrytle Beach Villas II on South Ocean Blvd ACROSS FROM THE BEACH! Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located first floor unit beach home.

Walk to the beach, boardwalk, mini-golf, amusement park, water park, restaurants and shopping.

Enjoy our new pool table, 120 inch screen for movies and a Ms Pacman arcade game!

As of 8/20/22 there is a brand new gel sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps 2 extra guests!

Our home is newly redecorated top to bottom to provide a calm, peaceful environment.

The villa has 2 king beds and 4 queen beds! Enjoy 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Plus: the living room now has a brand new gel queen sleeper sofa to sleep 2 more guests!

Highlights include hardwood floors, granite countertops, private balcony and a TV in every room! We have equipped each room with a sound machine for peaceful sleeping.

** PLEASE NOTE: Instead of a full size pool, the resort has a lazy river and a kiddie splash pool.

The large private balcony overlooks the lazy river and hot tubs.

Resort-style amenities include a lazy river (not heated), hot tubs, kid splash pad, and a grilling area with picnic tables!

Walk across the street to the beach, walk a block to Family Kingdom Amusement Park or walk a few blocks the Boardwalk or even walk to the Skywheel! Restaurants and stores are also within walking distance!

Before renting, keep in mind that our home, like 100% of beach homes, condos and hotels on or near the ocean, will get sand on the floors during your stay. The ocean air mixed with beach sand makes floors at beach houses different from homes not by the ocean. We provide a broom, vacuum and steam mop for your convenience.

Per HOA rules and regulations, guests are not allowed to bring pets to Myrtle Beach Villas II.

Guests are given two parking passes to use in the covered parking garage and an additional parking pass to use in the parking area behind the villa. Please note: parking is strictly enforced at the Villas and all cars at the resort without parking passes will be towed.

We are available via phone and text throughout your stay. We live in Atlanta, but we are a call away. We have emergency help in the area in case you need immediate assistance.

ACROSS FROM THE BEACH! Beach access across from the villa at 7th ave and 8th ave! Walk to attractions, restaurants and stores! Walk to the Boardwalk and the Sky Wheel!

Parking passes for 3 cars. No oversized trucks or trailers are permitted on the premises due to limited parking areas. Offsite parking is available for trucks or trailers for $50 per week. Additional cars can park on the street by the Villa for free from Nov - Feb or via paid meter March - October.

Have little ones? Our home comes complete with a high chair and a playpen for sleeping! Each room also includes a sound machine to block out surrounding noise to make naps and sleeping comfortable. :)

 

** Please note: In case of hurricanes or inclement weather or due to any necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We can not guarantee the availibilty of each amenity at the time of your stay. I would recommend getting travel insurance during hurricane/natural disaster season. Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. We follow a strict cancellation policy and do not issue refunds unless The National Weather Service or local government authorities order mandatory evacuations. Additionally, weather in the summer can be unpredictable; in the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" situation due to local storms, we will not grant refunds. If a guest damages or breaks something prior to your stay, we can not guarantee the replacement will have arrived before your arrival.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 28 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
